Grace Period: When booking any service, a grace period of 15 MINUTES ONLY IS ALLOWED for either BARBER or CLIENT for respect of time and the person who books after you.

Should the barber be late more than the allowed time then THE SERVICE IS FREE.

Should the client arrive later than the allowed time the service WILL BE CANCELED, CHARGED 50%, AND YOU WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE at the next earliest convenience.  NO EXCEPTIONS!..

Cancellation Policy:  All cancelations must be done 24 HRS IN ADVANCE. IF CANCELED THE DAY OF YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE APPOINTMENT FEE, NO EXCEPTIONS!..
